For Chapter 10 someone updated the summary from

to:
In the basement, they meet Kamal and his father, aquantices from Kabul. Kamal was one of the boys holding Hassan down as he was raped. Kamal does not speak anymore.

- They are both true. Kamal was one of the boys holding down Hassan as he was raped earlier in the novel, and Kamal himself was raped too later on by Assef. User:MJB12
