Casting Shadows is an anthology of short stories and poems based on a theme of darkness. It was published in 2009 by the three authors who collaborated on it. While they had never met, the trio had known each other online for several years and shared a fondness for gruesome tales and poems.
The book opens with a short story and follows with a poem and this format is continued through the book. Though generally connected through a horror theme the individual stories and poems interpret this differently; from demonic possession to monsters to post apocalyptic terror and everything in between.
